Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)
Multi Jet Fusion, like SLS, is a true powder bed fusion technology that uses heat to fuse particle together within a build chamber filled with thermoplastic powder. Multi Jet Fusion printed parts, also like SLS parts, are printed using nylon-based materials along with TPU but with far superior surface finish and part resolution. Printed parts are functional and can be used for either prototypes or mid-range production runs.

Parts can be printed in a single piece as as 15” x 11.2” x 15”
Tolerances are + 0.010” for the first inch and + 0.002” for each inch thereafter
Wall thickness should be designed at 0.059”
Minimum feature size 0.020”
Minimum hole size is 0.039”
Lettering should be designed at .2” tall or wide and .05” deep or high for raised font
